Russell is very communicative and always so friendly when I come in. He even offers to get me an Uber to wherever I need to wait for my car to be serviced. Horrible. No communication, bad customer service. Service rep was rude and seemed to care more about going home to proper customer service. Improperly diagnose No communication, bad customer service. Service rep was rude and seemed to care more about going home to proper customer service. Improperly diagnosed the first time so this was the second time going back for the same problem with it getting worse and worse. Made complaint to manager on duty who then after looking at my repair estimate tried to sell me a new car. Estimate was ridiculously overpriced. Overall absolutely HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER be going back! More
