I was contacted that my car was finished. I went to pick it up up on my lunch break. First thing I noticed was the low tire pressure light was still on. Then they took it back to the shop and three hours later, I noticed it parked outside. I asked what the delay was. The advisor indicated that the service manager was checking. Then they brought my car to the overhang and said "all fixed". I never heard from the service manager even after I left a voice mail. Just thought someone should know I was disappointed. More

Back on 1/9/23 I had a problem with my Kia Sorento while I was traveling on vacation. I needed to have the issue resolved before I could continue on vacation. The dealership was kind enough to take my car in at the end of the day with a bolt in the tire. I required a new tire because of the bolt's position.
