The dealership is excellent. The service techs are excellent. But as I sat around the room for two hours just to have a passenger side door lock button replaced .. I was surrounded by 3 different customers complaining about the hours they’ve been in your siting room for minor issues. Everyone was understanding to a point with qualified personnel at a minimum nowadays BUT after spending so much on your recent renovation I think it fairs poorly to say “So sorry we’re short handed.” It might take some out of the box thinking to recruit a crew of talented mechanics but in the long run your KIA dealership will be all the better for having done so. Let’s hear the statement once again, “ Great car and excellent Service Department .” More

The staff was very pleasant. I went for routine maintenance. My recalls were taken care of also. The technician mentioned that my wipers were not clearing windshield very well. When I got to facility, I found out there was no coffee. Not good when you have a 2-3 hour wait. I mentioned it to gentlemen at the desk. Within a half hour, the problem was solved. I had my coffee. The customer service room used to have snacks and good magazines. None were available. May i suggest fixing that. All in all, a pleasant experience. More
