Terrible at answering phones. Took multiple phone calls and voicemails to get the appointment scheduled. I left a message and never heard back. When I went to go pick my car up all they had to say was “the voicemail must’ve went to someone else”. More

Bill was fantastic offering to put the replacement battery in while I waited rather than dropping it off for an opening. When I returned from an errand the car was ready and he offered to wash it as battery in while I waited rather than dropping it off for an opening. That was a pleasant surprise after calling twice and getting service's VM to then get an appointment ~2 weeks out for a battery replacement! I told the person that was not acceptable so he said drop it off and we'll get to it when we can. That was also not desirable.
