Appointment at 8am. Left dealership 9hrs later a 5:15pm. Told my vehicle was ready around 12pm. Drove off lot into major traffic &the brakes failed. Almost causing a ter Left dealership 9hrs later a 5:15pm. Told my vehicle was ready around 12pm. Drove off lot into major traffic &the brakes failed. Almost causing a terrible wreck. Barely able to get back to the dealership. 5hrs later l was told it was a faulty caliper. Was told 'no issues with backup camera. Next morning backing out of garage backup camera didn't work. As for as Toyota genuine parts, your tech told me he was waiting for Auto Zone to deliver the break caliper. WHAT A JOKE! I will not be back. More

Car serviced at 34985 miles and windshield service reminder sticker now says next service 5/24 at 34888 miles, service status app never updated causing me to miss phone call that car was ready, servic reminder sticker now says next service 5/24 at 34888 miles, service status app never updated causing me to miss phone call that car was ready, service ticket had car wash checked off with ink pen but car was delivered without going thru car wash. No attention to detail on this service appointment. More
