Service department try to charge me $780. 26 for replace Timing Chain Tensioner because the tell me need 3 hours for that ease job. I did it by my self, without experience and only fallowing instruction from YouTube in 45 minutes. I bought the Tensioner and gasket from the same dealer for $86 (you can found it online for $32). How a professional mechanic need 3 hours ($199 per Hr) and I did in less than one? Service guy are abusing of the customers per sure. More

Gettel should know that credit card fees are something they should absorb as part of the cost of doing business, not gouge their customers! More
