Darrel Cook sold us our lease for the new 2020 Toyota RAV4. Very likable and was great to work with when we were looking at cars. I think the dealership itself puts pressure on their associates to make t RAV4. Very likable and was great to work with when we were looking at cars. I think the dealership itself puts pressure on their associates to make the negotiation process more difficult and pressured than it needs to be. The negotiation for the lease took almost 3 hours of sitting and waiting for Darrel to return with a new offer from the boss. He kept getting up and leaving when we asked simple questions about how the monthly payment was working out to a specific number. The first monthly payment we were offered was double what we ended up with. Again, nice guy, but dislike the dealership pressure tactics. More
