I made an appointment to have 2 different recalls fixed on my Toyota Sienna. Aurora assured me that both parts were in. After an hour, I was told that only one part was in and that I needed to make another on my Toyota Sienna. Aurora assured me that both parts were in. Had my oil changed this past Thursday. Your mechanic did not tighten the pan plug and much of the oil leaked out. I called your service department and they said to put oil in and return it to the service d not tighten the pan plug and much of the oil leaked out.
