I liked that I was met by service staff right away and escorted to my service associate’s desk. Overall the assistance for my repair appointment was very good. However, this was the second time I had to return the next day because of an oversight by the tech who worked on my car. I live 40 minutes away good. However, this was the second time I had to return the next day because of an oversight by the tech who worked on my car. I live 40 minutes away and did not appreciate the technicians lack of focus when working on the car. Two consecutive appointments were incomplete. I may give the one more chance to gain my confidence again. More

I always enjoy working with Nancy in the service department, but I feel Gatorland Toyota charges waaay too.much for basic repairs. Reduce your inflated "labor" costs and I am more likely to recommen department, but I feel Gatorland Toyota charges waaay too.much for basic repairs.
