I always get fantastic service @ Gatorland. My only complaint is that I walked in and none of the workers had masks on (actually maybe 1 or 2) But most of the customers did (like 75%) When MORE custome complaint is that I walked in and none of the workers had masks on (actually maybe 1 or 2) But most of the customers did (like 75%) When MORE customers are following ANY particular protocol- than the actual place of business, its not a good look. Took my car in for the 8:30AM Auto Butler service that I had scheduled. I arrived at 8:15AM. the assistant service manager N.V., never notified me that my car was ready. So at 11:45AM, I went to her desk, s had scheduled. I arrived at 8:15AM. the assistant service manager N.V., never notified me that my car was ready. So at 11:45AM, I went to her desk, she was not there. I saw that my car keys were at bottom of a pile of car keys that were just sitting there. The assistant that sits across from her, paged her twice, she still did not show up. At at around 12: 10PM, I went looking for her. I asked a manger if he could just give me my keys, he said that he would call her. It took another 10 minutes for her to show up. She then started a conversation with another customer who came in after me but was also waiting for her. I had to interrupt the conversation to ask her if I could please have my keys, please and thank you. She handed me my key and went about her business. I thought that the standard was that they inform you that your car was ready. My car looked fantastic so I appreciate the care that was given to my car. More
