The woman that was my advisor for the visit was very racist. I was asked what my “real name” is and she acted shocked that the name I scheduled my appointment under is indeed my name. Also, I had to bring it back again because they did not properly reinstall my cabin air filter so I could see my engine while looking inside of my car. More
