On November 1, 2023 I wrote a negative review of this dealership due to my perceived lack of service after an accident occurred to my vehicle in their possession. The day of the accident they promised t dealership due to my perceived lack of service after an accident occurred to my vehicle in their possession. The day of the accident they promised to do a repair to the damage. I was upset that I never heard from them. As it turns out, for some reason my cell phone wasn't accepting their calls, not registering as having received them or accepting their voicemails. I finally received a letter and an E-Mail with proof of their attempts to reach me. They are still standing by their word and are willing to correct the issue. I haven't been in yet for the repair but based on 20 years prior experience with them I expect to be completely satisfied. I apologize for my initial review but hope this corrects it. I look forward to many more years of superior service from Gatorland Toyota. More
