Would not honor high mileage club from DeLuca Toyota for 1 cent tire rotation; advised me to authorize high mileage maintenance which when I requested the computer records review, had already been completed 1 cent tire rotation; advised me to authorize high mileage maintenance which when I requested the computer records review, had already been completed: spark plugs, coolants, advised brake pads service without checking them for wear, next day DeLuca Toyota scored brake pads 10/10.. only one high mileage maintenance was missing, transmission fluid drain, which was completed for $100 less at DeLuca Toyota than Gatorland's cost More

I had booked an appointment for a regular maintenance but waited almost 4 hours to get my car. This is not the first time. Last time is more than 4 hours just change the oil. They told me that I have to change tires. I checked the tires price with other big tire shops. The tires they sold me is 1.5 more that any tire shops. Their tire warranty is also ridiculously expensive. For a customer who spend so much on their shop, they charge 3% extra for credit card. Be aware of this dealer store. This is not an honest business. Personally, I will never step into this place again. More
