Service tech very impersonal, never smiled, never thanked me for my business did not make me feel welcome or special in any way. It .made me so angry, I couldn't watch it, i had to leave the waiting room area. I Did not get new mileage sticker reminder for next service on windshield as I did last time and as I had requested. All in all, they could do a much better job. Big missed opportunity for Toyota and the Gatorland dealership. Terrible experience. I would likely find other service provider in future. Little things do matter. More
