This was my first visit to Gatorland and Stephanie made it an exceptional. The facility was very nice and I particularly liked the video synopsis of my inspection, something I've never seen before. She never passed me off to anyone else. My car service was thorough and good. My only recommendation is that you warn customers about the incredible smell that they'll experience (for days!) that results from the air conditioner refresh service. Next time I'll definitely opt out on that one! Jim More

This place has horrible customer service. Lilliana is their only saving grace. All of the other reps are awful. They have left grease in my seats, broke my hubcaps, and argued with me that these things their only saving grace. All of the other reps are awful. They have left grease in my seats, broke my hubcaps, and argued with me that these things were existing prior to my car being taken back. They basically said ‘Prove it!’ which of course I could not. I don’t make it a habit to take pictures of my hubcaps or seats prior to a routine oil change and scheduled maintenance. They also told me I need new tires, but refused to show me the measurements (because I didn’t need new tires, they were just pushing their buy 3, get one special). Twice after tire rotation, my wheels were out of balance and I had to go back. I know it sounds like it, but I am not one of those customers that is high maintenance, so if I’m saying their customer service is bad, IT’S BAD! They have also called me multiple times to “lower my monthly payment” through refinancing, but my car has been paid off for 4 years. Do not go here unless you have to. More

Unfortunately, I will not return and will plan to drive 50 miles south to Deluca Toyota In Ocala which provides “Excellent Service”. It’s extremely disappointing when people within the service industry try to push people away with excuses opposed to earning their business for future sales and service. I will gladly explain the lack of service and my daughter’s 3 hour experience while waiting for a “scheduled” prepaid service. No one should ever take advantage of a person who is trying to follow the manufacturer’s service timeline. Embarrassing to know that this department would double charge for wiper blades and air filters. More
As a walk-in service customer, I didn’t expect to receive help, but I was overwhelmed by the immediate assistance I received regarding the low air/tire problems my car was experiencing. While the service team was analyzing the problem Stephanie, my assigned service consultant, constantly kept me appraised of the situation. Needless to say I was very impressed. The final attention to detail was a free car wash! The diagnostic didn’t surface the problem and although I was there for several hours there was no charge because no actual repair was made. I was astounded. I was simply traveling through central Florida. Wish I had Gatorland Toyota close to my residence. I would definitely use their services.
