I always give 5 stars, but I cannot this time. I have returned every 6 months for Auto Butler service for the past several years with 2 different cars. I have always been extremely pleased. This is the first time it took more than an hour longer than usual, and the car is still rather dirty looking. The dash still has a solid dust layer, and a bug is still on the front bumper. Top Coated on? Side mirrors are splotchy. I only had tires rotated, no oil change. So that would not have impacted the time frame. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out, so not last minute. More

My 2011 Prius, purchased new at Gatorland Toyota, with 42, 000 miles never had any transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolent replaced.I brought it in for service for scheduled maintenance and more since 20 42, 000 miles never had any transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolent replaced.I brought it in for service for scheduled maintenance and more since 2011. Toyotas' records do not show any of this fluid replacement. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know when to ask for this type of maintenance. I relied on your service department to do what was necessary and/ or required. Luckily on this appointment someone in your service department paid attention to what needed to be done. My car is in very good condition, probably due to the low mileage. It cost me over $1000.00 for this one service appointment. I don't mind paying to take care of my car but, this work should have been done over many years not in one day to accumulate this amount of labor charges!! Arlene Dowd More
