Service technician changed the drive to less efficient power. Also recommended changing engine and cabin filters when both were clean. Not good advice. More

I went for a service call and he assisted me well. The only thing is Nancy went to tell him to reduce bill b y$7 for something in the past and he stated she hadn't talked to him and he refunded $5,?? More
