I made an appointment a week in advance to have my car serviced (Oil change, etc). mArrived a few minutes early, but WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased two cars fro serviced (Oil change, etc). mArrived a few minutes early, but WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased two cars from this dealership within the last 4 years.We have always used the Service Department here.
