I started as a tough customer ( self admitted) and my contact Cirri was amazing. She had to deal with a not happy person, but it didn’t phase her. She ended up sharing some benefits I had on the car as contact Cirri was amazing. She had to deal with a not happy person, but it didn’t phase her. As a person focused on customer service everyday, I compliment Cirri and hope that she is recognized for her professional approach. She turned around a tough situation. ( and I am blaming me!!!).
