It was a very poor experience. First, the starter was replaced needlessly, and the actual repair (purge valve and charcoal filter) was performed incompletely. While driving two hours away from home, a bolt fell out of the rear sway bar, and the car shimmied violently to the point of not being drivable. After flat-bed towing from the highway and paying additional service fees, the mechanics discovered the rear axle area was recently accessed to perform the repair in question by Deluca Service. The Deluca mechanic did not tighten the bolt properly, causing the sway bar to fall apart while driving. The additional costs of this repair while traveling will be submitted to Deluca. We'll see how they respond. More

It was a pleasure for us to do business with DeLuca dealership. We felt delightful for interacting with their staff in all the steps from sales representative to sales manager, and financial manager. We were often insulted when the sales rep said to us something like “Clearly this car price is not in your budget.
