First time trip for service and warranty check up. How did it not get noticed that the tires were low and the warning light was on in the dash ? No paperwork filled out for the 17 point checkup. Kind of lost confidence due to the tires not being noticed. I brought that up on check in with Jesus. And again when he called for pickup and on pickup. The young men in the center drop off aisle aired them up for me. If the vehicle was hooked up as Jesus indicated, wouldn’t it have shown the tires were under inflated? More

I would like to apologize because I thought that DeLuca had improperly reinstalled the windshield wiper reservoir and that was what caused it to leak. I was wrong it was rodents. When I brought it back in had improperly reinstalled the windshield wiper reservoir and that was what caused it to leak. I was wrong it was rodents. When I brought it back in they showed me the problem and replaced the chewed line. When I got back home I checked the reservoir level and noticed it was down, I filled it and fluid came out. So there was another leak but since it didn't drain the tank I am going to live with it. I believe that this leak should have been discovered at the shop and notification should have been made prior to me finding it out on my own. More
