It was my worst experience I had the other day. Went in for just an oil change and tire rotation at 8:45am. My serivce associate must had gone to lunch and forgot to tell fellow associate to keep Went in for just an oil change and tire rotation at 8:45am. My serivce associate must had gone to lunch and forgot to tell fellow associate to keep an eye on my vehicle. 3 hrs later I said something to another associate because I've not seen him in a awhile and she was like they are waiting to see if you are going to do any of the recommendations. Not after waiting 3hrs. She was like you car is almost done then. I got a text back 10mins later that vehicle was ready. More
