Purchasing a car from a dealership is often a punishing experience for us. But Deluca Toyota is different. This was our second vehicle from them and the service was excellent. I had my appointment yesterday for over two weeks to replace my phone charging pad in the car. When I made the appointment I was told the part was ordered and was in stock. SO I made my appointment. My husband and I sat for 2 1/2 hours yesterday only to be told after 2 1/2 hours that the part cant be found, you'll have to make another appointment. I am furious. They called this morning to say the part is now in. I don't want to make an appointment if I have to wait another 2 1/2 hours to be told the part is lost. Not very good customer service. Not happy at all! More
