I was not given the option to view other vehicles and their options. Went back to dealership about concerns on the new purchase... nobody willing to help. Called dealership to speak to Frank Deluca & 3 times I was sent to an unknown voicemail which gave no name..just rang & said press 1 to deliver message press 2 to end call.. Needless to say I left a message and NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL. Not happy with my purchase or how the dealership didn't work with me to make my car purchase experience a pleasurable one. Just a lot of run around and no resolution 😡😡 More

Sidney greeted us in the parking lot and spent a lot of time with us in an attempt to find the "right" car. He took his time to explain all he could and he answered all our questions. The only down side time with us in an attempt to find the "right" car. He took his time to explain all he could and he answered all our questions. The only down side was the 2 hours it took for us to see a financial person to do all the paperwork. Once we did get to see one, the time went quite quickly. We also understand you were short-handed on Sunday, but it did take away from what was a good afternoon. Sidney made the entire experience of buying a car as pleasant as it could be. More

Mike was great to work with pleasant, efficient and swiftly got me in and out with my emergency. The phone system and call back service at Deluca I rate as a 1, calls are transferred without even a me swiftly got me in and out with my emergency. The phone system and call back service at Deluca I rate as a 1, calls are transferred without even a mention by the operator, and then a message center and do not receive calls back and if so hung up on when asked to check my vehicle warranty for a battery that was dying 4 wks later, after being told by Deluca service it was ok. Clearly it was not, leaving me stranded many times with children and Veteran clients at doctor appointments. More
