Was told as part of the transaction by Jerry, Michael and Angelthat my vehicle would be detailed and the tank topped off then told no because I was purchasing my own vehicle. I was the first deal of the new year and it was a petty commitment that was not honored as good customer relations I’ll be seeking to finance through my own credit union and this will be my last Toyota! One of the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I had seen a car online that I was interested in so I filled out the online information. I get a call within minutes after submitting it. I speak with Danny Harrison who was super nice and friendly. He sets up an appointment for me to see the car the following day. I was able to get out early from work so I text him and he schedule me right away. I get there and he was getting the car ready for me. I test drive it, but I was not too thrilled about the car. So, he asked questions of what I was looking for and came back with another car for me to see. I test drove it and loved it. I like the process of going through the purchase. He was very upfront with what he would be able to do and came back with an offer quickly with the breakdown. I’m telling you it was such an easy process. They’re really good about not hitting your credit report multiple times which is awesome. Everyone there was so friendly. When I got to finance to sign all the paperwork, I met with Angel Rodriguez who was super friendly. He went through everything and all the documents were put on a thumb drive. So, carrying around an envelop filled with paper. Again, the experience was great. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Danny and Angel, you guys were great. More
