After being told the reason my tires weren’t properly rotated was due to differences in tread, I reviewed the paperwork I had and two tires were at 5/32 and two at 6/32, a very small difference. Looking back on the time before, they are all listed as being 5/32, so apparently two of them gained tread since April! Such a joke, if they can’t even measure such a small difference correctly I don’t think that would matter where it went on the car. Either way, this dealer has lost my business More
