The other issue was with my electronics system, and I was told it’s working fine with no further explanation. The service staff seems to be all about efficiency and doing the least they can to get customers in and out. They did not listen at all to the problems I’m having with the car, and did not fix either one of them. They just told me I had five other things that needed to be fixed, none of which I came in for. After being told the reason my tires weren’t properly rotated was due to differences in tread, I reviewed the paperwork I had and two tires were at 5/32 and two at 6/32, a very small difference. Looking back on the time before, they are all listed as being 5/32, so apparently two of them gained tread since April! Such a joke, if they can’t even measure such a small difference correctly I don’t think that would matter where it went on the car. Either way, this dealer has lost my business More
