I had an incredible experience at Deluca Toyota. Ive been to atleast 5 other dealerships and Grant Wills of Deluca was by far the best salesperson/rep i have worked with, i would highly recommend as Ive been to atleast 5 other dealerships and Grant Wills of Deluca was by far the best salesperson/rep i have worked with, i would highly recommend asking for him. Sadly my experience was absolutely terrible. My "advisor" CYNTHIA LEBRON 159093, had her head somewhere else but definitely NOT at her job. Constantly complaining about others bringing her mor My "advisor" CYNTHIA LEBRON 159093, had her head somewhere else but definitely NOT at her job. Constantly complaining about others bringing her more work, and that she could not "help" everybody. I asked to buy windshield wipers and to get them replaced. She didn't put it in the notes. I also asked for my tires to get air because I was traveling and she said she was gonna put that too. Well, she did not. The whole time she kept complaining about picking up her kid at 4pm, but the reality is that by 4:30 she was still in the dealer basically walking around and NOT really working. Then I waited for ever for a simple oil change. They also say they were gonna wash my car, didn't do it either. When I asked the guy who gave me the keys about the wipes he said he had no idea, said my advisor probably had left then he left without helping me. I will never come back again. I've been a customer of toyota dealers for 7 years, and this is the first time they treat me so badly at a dealer. More
