We received a coupon for an oil change via email. When my husband arrived Bob was not pleased that we presented a coupon that he had not seen before. He took a picture of it from my husband’s phone. He also asked if they could check the start/stop feature on my car that hasn’t worked since the week after buying my vehicle there. He said it would be $165 and they don’t have the tools to work on a Chrysler, even though I purchased my vehicle here. I had a great experience purchasing our vehicle there so I was happy to come back there for service. We actually drove past multiple oil change places just to get there. I was a little disappointed in our experience. Not sure that we will return. Also they recommended we get the brakes replaced but it’s funny, when i purchased it there in March, i asked about the brakes because they appeared a bit rusty. The salesman said the brakes were brand new and it’s common for Florida vehicles to have rusty brakes. More
