Communication, I should have been told how long the service was going to take. spent 3 1/2 hours waiting for my vehicle. Oil Change, Tire rotation and balance, throttle body and injectors cleaned. I was told the black below the door was from inside the door. He checked the seal on a cool day and of course if it was shedding rubber from the heat it would not show.
