Took 3 hrs with an appt. And they lost the oil cap, how ever they did replace it for free. Also didn’t have battery for key fob told me to go to auto zone or Walmart. I brought my jeep in on a Saturday without an appointment for an oil change and tire balance /rotation at 9:30 and it wasn’t ready till after 1:30. That is a long time to wait. I have always had a great exp for an oil change and tire balance /rotation at 9:30 and it wasn’t ready till after 1:30. That is a long time to wait. I have always had a great experience with Deluca but this was a bit much. Also when it was time to check out someone just laid my paperwork on the lady’s desk and walked away. She wasn’t there and no one else would check me out because she was the one that wrote up the ticket. When I asked for someone to just check me out they were like no we have to wait for her. Why?
