I was instructed via email to bring my leased vehicle in for inspection. This turned into a month and half ordeal as the battery was recalled and none in stock. Then when installed, before I could pick my c for inspection. This turned into a month and half ordeal as the battery was recalled and none in stock. Then when installed, before I could pick my car up, it was backed into by a service dept employee. At least it was repaired for free! Also I was given use of a rental the whole time. I have since turned the leased vehicle in. More

Our dealings with Bailey were great. Our dealings with the finance person could have been better.
