I brought my jeep in on a Saturday without an appointment for an oil change and tire balance /rotation at 9:30 and it wasn’t ready till after 1:30. That is a long time to wait. I have always had a great experience with Deluca but this was a bit much. Also when it was time to check out someone just laid my paperwork on the lady’s desk and walked away. She wasn’t there and no one else would check me out because she was the one that wrote up the ticket. When I asked for someone to just check me out they were like no we have to wait for her. Why? Inside I had to clean a table & chairs to be able to sit, filthy! There was a group of about 7 sales men gathered at the front reception desk talking about how "buyers are liars" and other equally distastefu filthy! When I went to get coffee, there was a line of men from sales and parts who empied the coffee and left, rather than alert whomever was in charge to do that. I wandered about looking for someone to tell me how to get the coffee brewed. I eventually found that person. More
