Jesus was very good, I would give him a 5 star rating. I was not happy to hear that the lifetime oil change (platinum) was only good where I bought my Highlander in Oregon. I was then approached by Timothy Maxey about trading my 2021 Highlander in for a new RAV4; I have to rethink getting another Toyota product over the issue of the purchase of the Platinum level of service and not getting it at any Toyota dealership. People do move. More
