This is third time that I had a 7am appt. For a oil change and was delayed for 2hrs. I get the 7am appointment to be one of the first service. I was told by the service mgr. That the. I feel like I was taken advantage of by Deluca Toyota. My car has only 20,000 miles on it yet I was charged $441.42 for a throttle body service which I didn't need and other things which my car did not ne My car has only 20,000 miles on it yet I was charged $441.42 for a throttle body service which I didn't need and other things which my car did not need since my car has very low mileage.
