I’m usually very pleased with the service department; the people are always friendly and helpful and my appointment time is reasonable. I only have one complaint about my recent visit: whoever drove my car changed my seat completely and I cannot get it back to being comfortable, so now I’m finding it harder to drive, also, my settings on my sound system were changed, my side mirrors were changed, and lastly, the A/C was set to 65. 65! Are you paying me for the fuel it takes to run at that temperature? No! I have to say that having all these changes made me very unhappy and I had to drive all the way across town to my home, and driving while upset is not a good thing. This has not happened before when I brought my RAV4 in for service. Very frustrating and disappointing. The service I received from Jesus was fine. I don’t know who changed everything on the car. More
