My customer service rep, Austin was terrific- he explained what was needed for my 72,000 service check & checked for any outstanding recalls on my Prius. He told me the approximate service cost. He explained what was needed for my 72,000 service check & checked for any outstanding recalls on my Prius. He told me the approximate service cost. He also gave me an estimate on wait time, which turned out to be exact! When checking out, I mentioned to Austin that the display screen was getting lighter all the time. I asked if he had heard of that situation & he said he may be able to fix it. Austin ran out to my car & adjusted the settings- then he explained to me how I can do it if needed in the future. Austin went above & beyond. I appreciated his effort. More
