After having an unpleasant experience at another Toyota service department I decided to bring my 2022 Rav4 to DeLuca Toyota for 20k service. While this service department was much better, i was disappointe service department I decided to bring my 2022 Rav4 to DeLuca Toyota for 20k service. While this service department was much better, i was disappointed when Byron, the service advisor, told me I was going to need a new cabin filter soon. Unfortunately this was not true since I had just changed the filter myself! I don't blame Byron for the misinformation since he was just relaying the information on the vehicle inspection form which I assume was filled out by the service technician. I would say that the service technician did not physically look at the cabin filter otherwise he would have seen it was brand new and wouldn't have mentioned it on the report. I was glad however, that they didn't try and sell me a new filter that day but the fact it was mentioned is disappointing. More
