The service was average since I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil and filter change. The service man said there were 4 cars before me, so it is a first come first serve service not based on appoin minutes for an oil and filter change. The service man said there were 4 cars before me, so it is a first come first serve service not based on appointment time. This waiting time was never seen before, even with an appointment for 3:30 p.m. and arriving 10 minutes earlier. No staff member was available to get my car when the vehicle was ready, so I had to do it myself. More
