Over two-hour wait at scheduled appointement. All they did was top off a few fluids. Said she needed new tires. She said not now. They somehow interpreted this as don't rotate tires as schedu All they did was top off a few fluids. Said she needed new tires. She said not now. They somehow interpreted this as don't rotate tires as scheduled. Told her she should have already replaced spark plugs at 30K (now at 55K) and wanted to do it then, $659. This is the 5th time the vehicle has been in for scheduled service and first time spark plugs ever mentioned. Also recommended Fuel Injector and Thottle Body service ($280). Also recommended Brake Fluid service ($130) and an alignment. None of these were listed in manufacturers maintenence schedule for current milage. They were too busy to verbally review the work done or the recommendations before she left; they just handed her the invoice and went to the next customer. More
