Second time in less than 2 weeks I had an “emergency” non scheduled service visit, first a tire repair and this visit for a dead battery. Both visits defined the meaning of EXCELLENT customer service!! The scheduled service visit, first a tire repair and this visit for a dead battery. Both visits defined the meaning of EXCELLENT customer service!! They rushed to get things repaired for me and kept me updated throughout the process. Service tech was fine. Service was quick due to oil not needing changed. I had to search for my vehicle on the lot due to there was no service assistant available to retrie Service was quick due to oil not needing changed. I had to search for my vehicle on the lot due to there was no service assistant available to retrieve my vehicle. Unfortunately a day after service I noticed that two tire valve caps were missing from the passenger side of the vehicle. As this was my very first time in the service department (new vehicle) my experience was not up to the standards that I was used to from a competitor car dealership. Hopefully my next service will be better. More
