It took 3 hours to rotate my tires, and a salesman tried to sell me a new car while I waited yet I did not request this. The work order indicated that I stated the engine will not crank. This is false I nev to sell me a new car while I waited yet I did not request this. The work order indicated that I stated the engine will not crank. This is false I never said anything because the engine started fine. Also When I called for an appointment everything was done automated and never got to speak to anyone. That's poor business practice. More
