Very pleased with the way we where updated on the repair. Very disappointed because of our 2 hrs + wait just to have our vehicle looked at. We were offered to be taken home, but we decided to stay so we would not have to come back with our other vehicle. We ended up waiting a total of 6 hrs.. Never, never had that happen from any service performed from anyone. Should have given us a loner car. More
