Service tech was fine. Service was quick due to oil not needing changed. I had to search for my vehicle on the lot due to there was no service assistant available to retrie Service was quick due to oil not needing changed. Unfortunately a day after service I noticed that two tire valve caps were missing from the passenger side of the vehicle. As this was my very first time in the service department (new vehicle) my experience was not up to the standards that I was used to from a competitor car dealership. Second time in less than 2 weeks I had an “emergency” non scheduled service visit, first a tire repair and this visit for a dead battery. Both visits defined the meaning of EXCELLENT customer service!! The scheduled service visit, first a tire repair and this visit for a dead battery. I never got pick up from my job to the dealer to pick up my car in services. I set up the ride at 11 am to get pick up at 5:20pm and at 5:25 I called Toyota to tell them I haven’t received a text and the dr my car in services. I set up the ride at 11 am to get pick up at 5:20pm and at 5:25 I called Toyota to tell them I haven’t received a text and the driver wasn’t here. Then I was told that the driver was dropping off someone and that I was next. Then 15 minutes passed and now is 5:45. I called Toyota again and they transfer me to management in services but I was never able to speak to no one because not only they put me in hold but they also hang up. I had to bother a coworker at work to take me to pick up my child at the aftercare that closes at 6pm and I had to pay for being late but, also she had to take me to Toyota so I can get my car that was at services. I understand that this is a courtesy that Toyota does for their customers but, is not right the way I had to figure it out because of their mistake. More
