over booked and I was there from 11 am-3 pm for 4 hours. I had to initiate updates no one came and updated me. My serviceman was Mike and was the first time I worked with him. Not the usual experience at DeLuca. Sent to a service representative who said no, she was going to lunch. Next sent to empty desk where I waited for almost 10 minutes.
