I've bought my fair share of vehicles over the years and have never really had a great experience. I always felt pressured for sure, and never left the place feeling like I got a great deal. The pressure and xx has kept me away for years...sick of the tactics. DeLuca Toyota was just great. Totally unlike any vehicle buying experience I've ever had. It was almost like hanging out with some buddies that I haven't seen in years. I didn't feel like I was sitting across from a salesperson at all, which always seems to be the norm. The buying process was easy (for me anyway...finance had their hands full with a challenging credit profile though), nothing was sketchy, and no surprises. It was a transparent and honest transaction mixed with some good times (dare I say it....hahaha). No issues at all. I will be buying my wife's next vehicle here, both our kids vehicles here, and my next vehicle again here, if I ever decide to trade in this 4 Runner someday. More

I have had a problem with the driver's seat since I bought the car. In my first scheduled maintenance (about 6 mos ago) I told the service writer about the problem. They said they checked it and could bought the car. In my first scheduled maintenance (about 6 mos ago) I told the service writer about the problem. They said they checked it and could not find a problem. The problem continued to get worse and at my most recent scheduled maintenance (few days ago) I once again told the service writer about the seat problem. They kept the car over night in order to check on the problem. When I picked up the car the next day they once again told me they could not find the problem. It has only been a few days since that visit and the problem continues to get worse. I dont know if I should be disappointed in Toyota for manufacturing a car with a seat problem of the Deluca service associates who can't find the cause of the problem. Either way I am now sorry that I didn't buy the Mazda I was considering. Thanks More
