The attention that I received at the service reception area was quick and courteous. I was however most impressed with the time I spent with your representative, Ms. Christine Flaherty. Ms. Flaherty took the time to research my personal vehicle and reviewed the services that I had scheduled. Additionally she explained the importance of scheduling future services to keep my vehicle running in top condition. Ms. Flagherty provided exceptional service in sharing her expertise and knowledge regarding the service and care of my RAV4. This is my first Toyota and I'm looking forward to future service appointments at the DeLuca dealership. Thanks for asking. More
