I appreciated the hands on experience. Monica was super at explaining things and working with me. Her manager was also great as he came out and sat and explained things. He would then go back to his office to update figures and then come back to explain things. Then the finance person, Adam Phelps, was very pleasant in working with me , also explaining everything and then going out of his way to make sure I got out of there with my new car as soon as possible. Monica helped i this process in that she sent the car to detailing and then making sure everything was out of my old car and into or onto the new car while I was finishing up with Adam. The entire process was handled expertly. You have made a friend forever as long as I get the same kind of treatment when it comes time for servicing. More
