It was fine. They had me wait in the salon for someone to help me, which was weird.. but no big deal. Never have a normal experience here. Very rude customer service, didn’t call me or look for me to give my car back, had to go outside and see my car, wasn’t offered to get my car, had to go to parking lot and fetch my car, over priced and wasn’ to give my car back, had to go outside and see my car, wasn’t offered to get my car, had to go to parking lot and fetch my car, over priced and wasn’t quoted correctly when I was told my oil change would be about a certain price with taxes. Jovani Velasquez and Billy Mulcahy were great in helping me buy a 2021 Toyota Rav4 and a 2023 toyota 4Runner. I had Victor Bet Sayad salesman running back and forth to the sales manager negotiating with me me buy a 2021 Toyota Rav4 and a 2023 toyota 4Runner. I had Victor Bet Sayad salesman running back and forth to the sales manager negotiating with me for the best deal, I think I spent most of the day working on them to achieve a great deal, but it was worth it. This is my fifth time in the past many years in purchasing Toyota cars from Deluca Toyota. More
