It would have been nice if someone (anyone) from the service department had explained to me why I got stuck on a 90 degree evening with a dead battery less than a month after the car was serviced and I service department had explained to me why I got stuck on a 90 degree evening with a dead battery less than a month after the car was serviced and I was told the battery was fine. The battery was almost three years old but was the fourth one in that time period. The first three failed in the first six months of owning the car. Does Toyota really believe I will back in to buy another Toyota?? More

My service advisor Heather was courteous, gracious, friendly and kind. Though the work to be done was a recall repair, she treated me as if I was one of her best customers and had been there before. The facilities are luxurious and well managed, The floors were spotless. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and a suitable height.
