Service department needs to manage customer appointments more appropriately. I made an appointment for 1:30 pm, my car was not even looked at until 3:30 pm and then I had to wait another 2 hours to have re more appropriately. I made an appointment for 1:30 pm, my car was not even looked at until 3:30 pm and then I had to wait another 2 hours to have repairs made. Suggestion is to make a check in lane for appointments only so those receive priority. More
